    Express Booking offers a distinctive service that allows customers to reserve a car for a duration ranging from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 29 days.

  • What is Micro Lease?

    For customers looking for flexibility in car rental, Micro Lease is the best option. This service allows you to rent a car for a minimum of 1 month up to a maximum of 12 months, and includes basic insurance, maintenance, and service in the rental package.

  • What is a Car subscription?

    With a car subscription, customers get the benefit of both renting and long-term leasing. This program offers a perfect balance of flexibility and perks, as customers can rent a car for either 6 months or 12 months directly.

  • What is Airport rental?

    Airport rental services are designed to make transportation during trips more convenient. With this service, customers can book a car and pick it up directly from the rental counter at the airport.

  • Are there any charges to add a co-driver?

    It is possible to include another driver to your rental car for a small fee, but it's crucial to confirm that they fulfill the rental car criteria. This will allow you to have a smooth and secure driving experience with your extra driver.

  • Do you offer vehicle delivery & pick service?

    Yes, a security deposit is required for your booking, which will be refunded within 30 working days after the vehicle is returned.

    Every rental car comes with standard insurance that requires a police report to make a claim in case of any accident or damage to the vehicle. It is mandatory to provide the police report to avail the insurance.

    The Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is available for those who wish to avoid paying excess insurance in case of accident damage or if the customer is at fault. This option requires an additional fee and must be added to the rental agreement in advance. It cannot be amended during the rental duration or for an extension.

  • Is there a minimum age to rent a car?

    Individuals who possess a valid driver's license and are 23 years or older have the option to rent a car.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Selfdrive has distinct policies regarding cancellation that vary depending on the circumstances. If a customer cancels their booking before delivery, a fee of 10% of the total invoice cost applies. However, if the cancellation occurs after delivery, no refund will be issued. In cases where Selfdrive cancels a booking due to non-compliance with required documentation, a fee of 10% of the total invoice cost will be charged.

  • What is your late return policy?

    In the event that the rented vehicle is returned after the agreed-upon date, the customer is responsible for paying the late return charges. The fee for this is determined by the specific type of vehicle.

    Should a customer opt to return the vehicle prior to the due date specified in the agreement, a refund will not be issued.

  • Can I request additional mileage?

    Customers have the option to request additional mileage at the time of booking the vehicle for an extra fee that varies based on the type of car.
